Hi all I am Fleetwitch. I have been on SparkPeople for a while and I just found this page and would like to join. I live in Boise, ID. I was 301 last Jan and as of today I am 194.4! I did it by eating half portions, more proteins and walking two to three times a day. Now I am going to the gym as often as I can. I am doing weights to tone up the loose skin. I am not sure how far I should go I am 5 1. My goal is 130 I am for any challenge to help in the last few pounds to go. Thanks
