Tuesday I had 5 servings of fruits and veggies, Wed I probably had 3-1/2. Thursday and Friday I blew my diet all to heck. Had Chinese food for lunch and dinner, might of made two servings of celery. Had leftovers on Friday, and didn't eat too well, as I was really busy all day at work and after work, also.
Today is another day. I am going to go eat a cuke right now. emoticon

Dinner: onion, peppers, mushrooms, squash, okra

Didn't eat well yesterday. I had some salsa at lunch and an apple for a snack. Oh, and mushrooms with my steak at dinner.

Haven't had dinner yet but haqve romaine lettuce and 'mater on my plan for tonight.

Yesterday I had a banana, an orange, some orange juice and an enormous salad with lots of veggies in it.

this morning I started off with a fried egg sandwich with avocado, salsa and baby spinach on it. It's my highest calorie breakfast I have had this week, but by golly, I got veggies in it :P

Today: Onions, Peppers, Mushrooms, Tomato and Romaine Lettuce. I have blood sugar issues so at this stage I'm not messing with fruit. Veggies are my friend.

I love this challenge! Unlike some I have seen that seemed more like "walk to the moon and back this week" or "Kick Chuck Norris' butt using your Billy Banks kickboxing moves" this one is actually one I can work on while I have a cold and am working and dealing with other life stuff.

Today I had an orange, an apple and a cup and a bit of green beans. I also had a small baked potato... I never know if a potato is a vegetable or not.

Crazytaters, not only do you seem to be doing it right, your name is so amazingly awesome that it would not matter if you were not, we would still love you.

On Sunday I didn't do too good. I had tomatoes and celery. Today, at work, we are all changing our habits-so I had salad, carrots, tomatoes, green beans, and a combo of cukes and rads. Need to add a little more fruit-will do that tomorrow.

Jan 5 = potato, mushrooms, red pepper, tomato, lettuce, blueberries, strawberries, kiwi, zuchinni, green beans
Jan 6 = blueberries, strawberries (YUM!), orange, lettuce, garbanzo beans, red peppers, cucumber
Jan 7 = lettuce, tomato, blueberries, potato, green beans, strawberries
Jan 8 = blueberries,lettuce, cucumber, banana, zuchinni

Hi , well the new year is here, so thought we would start with a small challenge, we know the more vegetables we eat, the less likely we are to eat other BAD foods, so for this week see how many SERVINGS of veggies you can get in each day, try to get in at least 3 a day but more is better :) then come here and post how many you have each day, emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon please join us, thank you share
