This will start on sept. 3, you can get a head start and start on the 1st but that's a saturday. Anyways..This month I decided to extend the crunches "challenge" and let everyone sort of mix up their own challenge for month. So it's now 150 crunches a day for at least 5 days. Then as part of the mix up you can add any kind of personal challenge you like; whether it be something related to exercise, diet, or anything else.
I think I'm going to challenge myself to do at least 30 min. of cardio a day now that school has started. I tend to eat less, so I'm going to try and meet my calorie allowance and not go under.
