haha this has no relation to crunching aka cramming before a test. I like crunches challenges so maybe this one will work out.
Start date-July 30th(so it will start on a monday) "Rules"- 100 crunches 5 days a week.
You can log in every day or at the end of your 5 days. Of course these numbers are the least you you can do, but if you want or can do more then go ahead! If you don't feel you can do 100 just yet then do as many as you can. I think after every month or so, I'll up the crunch challenge to 150, etc every month so that we can build on those numbers.
