I have a ton of workout music I listen to. I listen to Let it rock- Lil wayne, stanky legs- gs boyz, Michael Jackson's songs, Neyo- Miss Independent. I really have almost every song on my ipod and since I am a dancer I dance to any song that comes on when I play it. So if slow it will be my warm up song on cool down and if its fast it can go with my aerobic exercise. But I usually watch hip hop or any type of videos with choreographed work and copy the steps and make it in a workout.

If you really want something taylored to working out, there are CD's you can buy for about 10$. I got one the other day, it is called Latin Cardio,and is just a compilation of up beat get up and shake it latin music. I absolutely love listening to it while i workout. There are a few different ones to chose from, I also saw a Salsa Cardio one.
when i listen to music while working out it's usually my ipod and i have a few different playlists to choose from depending on my mood. My ROCK OUT one has a lot of songs that just make you want to dance (pussy cat dolls when i grow up, christina aguilera dirty, nelly, beyonce, tech n9ne, Ludacris, will smith, Girlicious, Rihanna, Gym class heroes, etc) and my other one that i normally listen to is my OH HOT DAMN, all the songs that make me smile and no matter what i just have to move some how to lol and those are: all i want to do by sugarland, just the two of us will smith, sexy lil thug beyonce, informer snow, single ladies beyonce, all summer long kid rock, that's the way i like it, pickin wildflowers, getting jiggy with it, caribou lou, what is it by baby bash, i love rock n roll the brittney spears version (from my cheerleading), johnny and june, t-shirt, calabria 2008, disco inferno and other songs by 50 cent, eminem etc...
i just like to listen to music that makes me feel good, because that's the whole point of working out, to make yourself feel good.
