haha I love movies and the first time I heard this was on the movie Coach Carter. I really like it and I have it posted on my inspiration board that I hang up on my wall!
This qoute/speech is pretty fimilar to i think a lot of people...but im goin to post it anyway...not for just people who dont know it and may need encouragement...but for me as well who needs ALOT of encourgement...this quote u can put in alot of situations...not just dieting and changing ur lifestyle..but everything you fear and face...i think that it is a perfect saying for those who fear either changing or what others think of whatever they are dealing with at the time....so please take the time to read this and comment back to tell me what your feelings are about this quote if u feel comfortable and so choose to do so...and i hope that it hits home to some or many as it as me:
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant,
gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking
so that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously
give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear,
our presence automatically liberates others.
