haha I knew I was confusing...Yeah, I think I'm going to have to simplify the totals. I think instead of doing points, I may just go by total cardio minutes for the week, and do the same in the other challenges. Because when people only do half or 1/3 of the challenge for the week, it's complicated trying to do points. I think that would be easier(going by totals for the week) than by points.

Okay first thing is, maybe you can simplify the totals a bit? Maybe not even add up totals, but just check if the person met the minichallenge's requirement or not, so if the person actually completed the challenge that week. Just a suggestion, it would make it easier for you to count it all up.
Also, I could probably do one of the mini challenges for you, but then you gotta teach me how to count up the totals. Yeah and I can help in any other way needed. I will be a bit busy at least next week, but I'll get things done whenever I have time.

So this has been my first big challenge. Since the first part will be ending soon, I'd like to get everyone's opinion about it before I set part 2 up.
1. The one thing that really annoyed me haha is the results. I actually do get everyone's results and whatnot each week, it's just finding the time to total everything up. Plus I lost a lot of my help, so I've been doing all the totals myself.
2. Another thing is probably that I can be really confusing. I think I made the challege sound a lot harder than it had to be, so far as explaining it to the team. So if you think there's a way I can sort of simplify things let me know.
Now, if you have any suggestions for things to add or maybe there's too much right now, let me know. I want to have part 2 set so I can start sign ups within the next week.
Oh, and if we stick with the mini challenges, I may ask for some volunteers woo hoo hahaaaa to take over a challenge and calculate the totals for me. By this I mean telling me how many points each person gets for the week.
