Not worrying about tomorrow, focusing on just the present. Oh childhood!

I miss how easy it was to just talk to people, without really being concerned about being judged and whatnot or if your friends will be angry if you talk to a certain someone or a guy they dislike. Relationships get WAY too complex as you get older and I am so sure the ones you make sometimes prevent you from making new friends/meeting people. :P

no bills! =]
but really, i miss the naivete. now when i look at my family i realize that my parents don't have a happy marriage and my dad is an alcoholic, back when i was a kid i never noticed that stuff. i knew when they fought, of course, but i didn't care because afterwards everyone was happy again. not so much now.

I miss finding adventure in absolutely everything, even if it came from something as simple as running through and playing hide-and-seek in a long row of bushes. My friends and I would do that all of the time!

I miss school, sleeping in on the weekends, not worrying about bills and basketball early Saturday mornings at the park a couple miles away while the world was still asleep.

I miss not having to work. I remember as kids, we were never in the house. We were always outside wether is was riding our bikes, rollerblading, or playing hide and seek in the dark.

I miss how easy you could entertain yourself by playing with toys or friends. Also how someone always looked after you.

I miss... climbing trees going for adventures with my brother an cousin, we'd disappear all day, and come back for tea. Getting along with my brother Not having a time limit all the time...assignments, rent etc.
I had a rough childhood, but i still managed to do the things my friends did, me and brother would escape to a tree house we made in the wood, and created our own carefree world.

I miss the fact that I didn't actually hate what I thought I did. Meaning, I "hated" school, but I woke up at 7 and went with no problems. And I didn't spend all week looking forward to Friday. Everything just happened.
Get me? lol

i miss having that childhood innocence, and not worrying about fitting in, or who you were friends with because we were all friends, it didn't matter as long as you shared your toys we were best friends. now it's just all complicated.
i miss the simplicity.

1) Not having to worry about anything really. 2) Good cartoons/tv shows. 3) Actually...I miss everything of being a kid.
Things were much easier then.

I miss eating "normally" without thinking in terms of measurements/calories/fat content. I miss not worrying about my weight...I miss not KNOWING my weight! I miss being able to eat dessert and not worrying about binging.
Actually, even apart from the food stuff I miss a lot about childhood! I had a very happy one

I miss running. Not like "Okay I have to run five miles", but like "WHOOO LOOKIT ME I'M RUNNING!" kind of running. I wish that adults could run around like crazy and not be looked at like freaks. It's fun, and anytime I get to do something silly like run inside in a hallway, I start laughing... because it's fun.
I also miss being content to sit outside all day and play with toy animals in the grass while my parents worked in the yard. Good stuff.

I miss feeling like the days were really long and you could get so much done like watching tv, riding bikes, going to the play grounds, napping, coloring, and just not worrying about anything except when the next time your favorite show came on....ahhh...Those were the days.
