ROME--Congrats on the new little one!!!

Flaca, I use MFP over Spark for tracking. The main reason is because when I track on my phone, it counts as logging in for the day, where sparkpeople I have to actually get on the website. And I like seeing my logging streaks :p I have been using it for about a month or so.

Goals...Yikes, it's not pretty :(
Weight goal not met :( I'm actually up. But, I'm not gonna worry about that, and focus on how clothes fit and how I feel. And my clothes are fitting so that's good :)

Other goals:
*Drink 1 green tea/day--Yes, mostly :)
*10 cups of water per day--Yes
*continue running 3x's per week--not quite, but usually twice
*Add in 2 days strength training--umm...this last week, yes :)

Wow! A whole dress size?! That's great! You must have gained some muscle tone.

I looked at Fitness Pal yesterday and the site was greatly lacking compared to sparkpeople. Maybe it's better for tracking on an app.

Happy July 4th to all!

Quick question- Have any of you used fitness pal? Have you used their app? What are you thoughts? Better than sparkpeople, the same?

How did you all do for this challenge? The 4th is tomorrow, but not sure I'll log on.

I weighed myself this morning and I've lost about 4 pounds since the start of the challenge- that's 1 pound short of the low end of my goal. I'll take it! I'm happy that I finally made some progress on a challenge.

My habits are definitely much better. Even if I don't plan ahead before eating out, I've been ordering salads, ordering off of the "light" menus. So far, so good!

ROME- did you say 9 kids? wow- I can't even imgine! I'm in ks and we had a couple days of 105 and then yesterday was a blissfull 80 something.

Flaca- that's sounds like a good plan figuring out what you want to eat before you even go to the restruant!!!! I like the southwest salad from mcdonalds about the only thing I like there anymore. LOL ON chasing it down with ice cream!!!

Eating this weekend wasn't great but not terrible either. Scale still said 138.5 this am so no loss but no gain! This morning was in the middle of the total body 10 min dvd when dd woke up but she let me finish and then we went and got her some milk. Luckily she fell back asleep and I could do the 10 min lower body dvd and then went outside to do 3 miles. Terrible about judging though the distance and ended up doing 3.5 and having 20 min to take a shower and put make up on ha- I remember back in the day it would take me an hour to get ready to go anywhere!

Keep up the good work!!!!

What?! I didn't realize July 4th next week. Oops, don't think I'm going to meet my weight loss goal, but I've made great strides in my habits goals.

I ate out twice yesterday- one unplanned, other planned- I looked up menus before going and ordered wisely. I am losing weight instead of putting on this weekend. What?! It's a miracle!

How are you guys doing?

Go Lacey! Keep up your running streak..

Rome- 9?! Somehow, I don't remember that number. And I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have forgotten that. I am very impressed that you can get a nap in. It's not possible for me and I've only got 2.

Oldest dd is fever free. Still complains about her throat hurting, but she ate a "real" lunch today, so it looks like we are going to be better soon. Youngest dd isn't showing any symptoms and I hope it stays that way!

I got Zumba in yesterday, and Slim in 6 today. I did NOT want to workout either day, but of course was happy after I did it.

I ate a Southwest Chicken salad from McDonald's. I haven't gotten one in a while, and it was pretty good! Unfortunately, I chased it with some ice cream. And I'm going to be honest, I know it's going to happen again tonight...because that's what happened yesterday. To my complete and utter shock, the scale showed me being down this morning! I tried to mitigate the ice cream intake with extra exercise yesterday, but I didn't think it was enough to make up for it.

I hope you're all staying cool. I have my box air conditioner on. There aren't many homes in my area with air conditioning :O)

Hey all! Well, I have had to do more today because my "help" was out marketing. now I feel achy. :-( But what is a mom of 9 to do?? I don't know if I will luck out with a nap or not. We'll see.

Lacy - What state do you live in? Does it get really humid? We are in Idaho and it is starting to warm up this week. We *might* reach triple digits over the weekend. I hope I remember to tell one of the kids to water the fruit trees!!

Flaca - How is your daughter doing?

Have a good day!

flacca- oh my dh does this to me all the time, he just doesn't get it.

Rome- yay on the nap! I love when I can get one in on the weekends with my daughter! I have an exercise ball but mostly my little girl will play on it whille i strech out after a run! lol

Staying on track as best as I can. I had to work till almost 6 last night so i made cheeseburgers and onion rings for dinner. yes I know I need to buy some turkey burgers for nights like that. That'll be put on my list. I am working 7am to 5pm the rest of the week possible later. I did 30 min of yoga this morning and then hit the payment for 3 miles but ended up doing 3.80 cuz I took a road that took me longer to get back home, good for my milage but not for having enough time to get ready for work. Somehow by the scrap of my teeth I was only 2 min late. It is going to be a hot one, I was dripping with sweat by the time I was done and my clothes were just drenched, not a pretty picture lol and it was only 6:10am by the time I was done- Geesh!

Hope every one stays on track and stays cool!!!!

Hey all! Feeling pretty good today. Baby slept better last night.....or I was just too tired to notice. ha! can't believe he is week old already!
The scale is moving down without me doing anything. That's one of the perks to your body rearranging everything after birth. I hope I get into the 150's before it stops! the 160 are pretty depressing.

Flaca - I would be upset too because DH can totally avoid all sweets and not miss them. I, however, CAN NOT! I can smell chocolate a mile away....and it calls to me. Does he know how hard you are trying to resist that stuff? Maybe he likes you the way you are? I don't know. Seems like men can stay in good shape pretty easily. But us ladies, well, is takes a lot of thought and effort!

I forgot to mention- I have been getting back on track an mentioned this to do this morning. Well, he went tithe store to get more Tylenol for my dd, then comes bak with 2 containers of ice cream!!!! He said he thought would be goo for dd's throat (I already got her Popsicles!). He said it was buy one get one free and he woul be a chump if he didn't take the free one. It upsets me bc I'm the one that had to resist it ALL day.

I think he's an enabler, and or, maybe clueless? Sabatoeur maybe? I am just a little frustrated as this is becoming a pattern with him. He is in tip top shape by the way.

Yay for getting that nap in! I say just focus on taking nice walks. You don't want to injure yourself. I haven't tried those DVDs btw, and I've tried many :-)

Lacey- that sounds like an interesting lunch. I might have to try that.

Got a workout in yesterday, against my will. Will try to fit in Zumba. I went to bed hungry last night bc I was determined to stay within my points. I think staying up late is what has caused te snacking problem at night.

well! I got my nap today! Yay! I feel a lot better now.

I ordered a new exercise ball from Amazon. My last one popped in our move. I can't wait to be able to workout on it again! It really helped me get in good shape before.

Has anyone ever tried Lindsay Brin's exercise dvds? I was looking at them....

Hope everyone had a good day!

flacca- poor dd hope she feels better soon. AND did I read something about ice cream cake instead of a workout-lol

Rome- glad everyone is taking care of you.

This morning I tried two of the tony horton 10 min trainer, total body and abs. WOW- he jumps from exercise to exercise so fast and I am not a fan of bands, I would rather use hand weights. Then did a mile on the treadmill and two more outside(its daylight at 5:20am) . Don't ask how I get up at 4am its beyond me but I am a morning person and useless at night. I downloaded a book to my ipod and it makes the run so much more enjoyable.

So whats for lunch most days? Today I had lettuce, cucumbers, tuna, light ranch, mixed together and grapes. Pretty good and very filling! Wish i'ld had some tomatoes but they were too smushy! Lets keep moving and groovin!!!!

Not strep- hand foot mouth. What?! Dr said it was probably from school. No antibiotics, just try to make her comfortable.

Rome- I have not been doing Shakeology. At one point they changed the formula and it tasted terrible. The reformulated it after a lot of complaints, and I have been told that it is improved.

No workout, but did get in icecream cake for dh's birthday ;O)

I have a dinner for dh's work coming up in mid-August. Here is some extra motivation for me as it's a work function and I'll be seeing people I haven't seen in a few years. I want to walk into that room feeling confident!

Well, I am trying to be a good girl and stay off my feet for 2 weeks to allow everything to heal. All the family is bringing me up such good food! BUT I have refused most of the sweets so far. The scale jumped down a couple pounds this morning. yay! And boy does this little guy EAT! Like you said, Lacy, that is a good calorie burner.

thank you for the welcome!

Flaca - So sorry about your dd! Strep is so painful. i hope she feels better quickly. Are you still doing Shakeology? I have some friends who are trying it out.

Lacy - I love guac!

OMG- dd started with a high fever soon after I posted an it has been relentless. This morning, I discovered she might have strep throat. Don't know how this happened- only a few days into summer vacation :-(. We are awaiting antibiotics.

I hope to get back on track tomorrow- fingers crossed nobody else at home gets it.

How is everyone else coming along?

Rome- congrats and welcome back. Nursing is actually a great way to lose weight, they take alot of your calories, but make sure you're taking in enough food. My milk suffered if I didn't eat enough. and ouch on the cracked rib!

FLACCA- I only had one sat and then had another sunday with dinner. my dh hid them so we would have some dinner that night(silly man)

The scale still said 137.5 this am so claiming the loss-woohoo!!!!! I didn't get to make the red beans cuz forgot to let them soak but did make a small pot of chicken (no tortilla) soup and made three meals out of it for me. Added brown rice and gauc for my lunch yesterday and hot sauce- yummy. I did manage to get in another run last night but think it was too soon after dinner, feeling blah so walked quite a bit. 3.5 miles but it was better than doing nothing. This morning I was going to try out the Tony Horton dvd and slept through the alarm. so today will probably be a rest day unless I take dd to the park tonight after it cools down!

Wow! Congratulations Rome! Take it slow indeed- a cracked rib is just...wow.

Lacey- you put me to game getting that workout in. I personally wouldn't be able to resist the rolls ;-)

Smiles- I find that I lose more with eggs, but am SO tired if eating them that I have to figure out something else to eat for breakfast.

I went to watch Monster's University with the family, lunch after, then to multiple garden centers on a venture to make our backyard look better. Needless to say, I didn't get in my usual Saturday workout. DH's birthday is Monday, we're taking a day trio tortil, then cake for his birthday- I need willpower of steel to get through the next couple of days.

all smiles - eggs always keep me fuller longer too! your recipes sounds pretty good , not sure about the chips though.

I got in 5.5 miles at the duck pond, it is so relaxing up there and came home and had eggs,2 slices bacon and low carb tortilla, found a great find at the base library. they had Tony Horton's 10 minute trainer- I can't wait to try them out. There are 6 dvd's and I can keep it 2wks. Good way to mix it up!

family requested home made rolls so there are 18 rising in the kitchen, please give me the strength to just have one. If I can limit myself to just one by tomorrow afternoon the family will have demolished them so they won't be a temption anymore!!!!!!!

Flaca - I am new here so dont know how to get people back here. Maybe by asking them to post their weights once a week and then analyse what they did good/ wrong that they lost/ gained weight and how they will cover up next week... am I babbling too much hmmm :)

Lacy I get those popping right side knee too..

Diz hope you feel well soon... try to drink lots of lemon ginger tea with honey

I have been eating alright this week. I absolutely hate eggs.. but they seem to be a vital food for proteins am sharing with you an easy recipe that I got from a friend.

Caramelize one small finely chopped onion in little butter, add 1 clove diced, a spoon of finely chopped cilantro, 1 chopped chilli or powder.. once this is cooked put a beaten egg with salt and pepper on top of this onion mixture. Finally add around 25 grams of crushed crisps/ chips/ wafers. Close the lids and let the egg cook and remove before the crisps become soggy. Sandwich between one slice of bread and gobble up.

I dont feel hungry for 3-4 hours after this and a coffee...

Hope it helps some of you

Haha! I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you guys feel guilty- especially since Diz and Lacey are two of the most active on here!

I noticed that there are over 600 members of this group, but we're just not as active as we used to be. I was hoping I'd get a few ideas on how to get people back on here :O)

I'm here!!!!! I even started a post the other day and my computer was having issues and wouldn't post the darn message. Work is crazy and we had a grand opening open house at our new location so long hours. Then the girl in my office is going upstairs to do another accoutning job and my office mgn decided I could handle it by myself till 3pm( i leave at 4pm). ha most days but almost no down time for me! even now I have two small stack of work but I'm taking a quick break. At least I get a break from training this afternoon.
I hope this sticks around but I saw 137.5 on the scale this morning. I have been eating well and working out like mad. I went to the base gym this morning and rode the bike for 8 miles, my butt got tired! I ran two days this week and knees feel fine but they pop like mad and stairs actually make them feel weak. But they don't hurt so I'm going to keep running and doing yoga and leg strenghing.
I also found a neat snack at Wal-mart- it was sliced apples, small thing of vanilla yogurt and granola. It was pretty tasty but could've used aliitle more yogurt. I bet I could make this myself poss with greek yogurt. 200 calories and 5grms of fat so not bad.
I'll try to get on more next week at least to tell you guys what I'm doing. Plans for heathly eating this weekend- going to make a pot of red beans, brown rice and turkey sauage , Can make quite a few meals out of it.

Summer colds are terrible! :O(

Yeah, I only log on here for you guys at this point, but find when it's not as active, I have a harder time staying on track and losing.

I didn't work out yesterday. My right knee was really bothering me...and oldest dd had her last day of school yesterday ;O) I plan to get back on exercise train today.

Eating has been better this week, but I always start out with the best o f intentions, do well during the daylight hours, then once dinner is over, I struggle with night time snacking. It's still a problem I'm working on. Plus, all of these birthdays and special occasions- they keep derailing me. I have to figure out how to celebrate without being the wet towel that doesn't want to eat anything.

I miss us being more active!!

This may sound weird, but I stopped using Spark to log my food/exercise, cuz I got mad when it doesn't count as logging in on my phone :p Haha....Silly, I know, but when I'm not home most of the day, or out of town, I want to be able to log my food on my phone and get credit LMAO...I do try to check in a couple times a week. The only reason I check here anymore is for you guys :) But between work schedule, kids' activities, and school, that is limited. And I plan to take my computer back to the basement cuz I feel like I waste SOOOOO much time doing nothing when it's upstairs.

I will have to try that fish. My middle son liked it a couple months ago when I made some tilapia. He was the only one who ate all that was on his plate :p I ate most of mine, but not all. And hubby...yeah, he's a no :p He has never liked fish.

I am sicker than a dog today and yesterday. It's taking all I have to get my homework done. I have my book on the table :p Haha...not sure what it is, summer cold maybe? Sore throat, stuffy head, nose, hot/cold, aches, etc. I think I'd be ok except this throat is killing me...hurts so much to swallow!! I don't even want to eat :(

Anyway, I better get moving....gotta get this homework done and run to the bank quick. Not sure I'll be able to resist the boys scout's kettle corn tonight!! Yummmmm....(although, sounds like we have enough help I may not go if I'm not feeling better...and definitely can't work with food!!)

Lacey- I think it's interesting to see what everyone eats at each meal. I have gotten SO BORED with what I eat. This provides me with some fresh ideas.

Diz- I am not a fish fan either. I actually take fish oil pills in an attempt to make up for it. You should try buying some pre-marinated fish and see if that helps. On the rare occasions that I've eaten it, I've liked it.

NMF-It's funny b/c I was going to post something about you today in case you were logging in and reading. I have always used you as a pacer b/c we're about same height and weight. It's all YOUR fault that I'm not losing ;O)

I did Zumba yesterday, did Slim in 6 today. I used a towel under my knees for cushioning when I did floor work- it appears to have helped. I am considering walking on the treadmill at night while dh does his workout. We shall see if that idea pans out.

I wanted to see how long my bike ride was so came to spark, so I wanted to stop by and say hi whhile I'm here!! I've been paying attention to food and exercise for weeks, no progress yet, because I haven't been strict. Making better choices though!

Good afternoon!!

I wish I could eat fish :( Just can't make myself like it...ugh!! I am ok with chicken...eating definitely needs to get back on track though!!

We helped move my brother this weekend. Felt good. It feels really good when someone else goes to lift the box and says that's a heavy one, and I picked it right up and off I went :) YAY!! Must have some muscles somewhere!! Emptied almost the entire truck myself--giving the boxes to those taking them in the house). Got to the front (where it goes over the cab of the truck) and had to pass it off...was HOT and couldn't reach them very well :p I'm sure I burned a million calories LOL Then hubby's softball team asked me to sub for 2 games on sunday. Yep, it was HOT. I'm sure I sweat a few lbs off :p I let myself rest on Monday, and well, so far today I've rested...well, besides painting a closet (will do a second coat in a bit). My arms are getting a workout at least :)

Off to the kids' rooms...got some clothes to go through...

like most of you- I need to refocus on calories. I hate counting and logging all my food but exercise alone will not do it! Tomorrow that will be my goal. I can only commit to doing it one day and then go from there. Saturday I did yoga, than 5.5mile run outside, and another 10 min cool down yoga. and proud to say my knee feels fine!
Eating wasn't so hot over the weekend, ugh. I need a kick in the rear! Today was susposed to be core and failed miserable. I did have tuna with lettuce and tomato and light ranch for lunch with special k chips and a peach so feel pretty good about that. Its the been consistent every day that kills me. Not giving up. There is still 2.5 weeks left of this challenge so I can still show some loss!

Lets keep at it!!!! We can do it

Yay Smiles! That is great. And even better that you were able to do it with low impact exercises.

I am also going back to lower impact exercises, will try to incorporate SI6 if knees allow, and focus on calorie intake. At the end of the day, I'm thinking that focusing on calories (rather than mostly just exercise) will result in weight loss for me. I have been consistently incorporating pilates and think it's helping with stress levels, and therefore weight loss.

How are the rest of you doing?

Thanks Flaca, Diz and Lacy. I do agree that just eggs, fish and chicken are good for weight loss. Need to search for some yummy recipes for them now

Last week I was on low impact exercises, did swimming and rowing. So knees are a little better. Eating wise just a couple of days could do the 1350 calories rest days went up to 1550 calories intake. I nearly avoided gluten in any form and hey ho I think credit to that, I lost 1.5 lbs!!!!

So something seems to have worked for me this week and the scale moved a little emoticon

For those with knee issues--have any of you talked to your doc or tried glucosamine? Hubby swears by it. Just a thought...

Things going ok here. There really isn't much change...eating needs help (good days and bad) and exercise is ok. Slacked a bit this week, but back at it :)

Smiles- Your doctor's advice sounds good to me! Start out slow and gradually up the activity.

Lacey- Good for you having fish for dinner. I keep meaning to do that, but am not a fish fan. I bought some seasoned salmon from Costco (frozen) quite a while ago. I always mean to eat it, but don't cook it b/c it's not my #1 choice. They say fish is great for weight loss- you can have quite a lot for little calories.

My knees...I couldn't do TF yesterday b/c of my knee. So, I walkedon the treadmill at 9:30 at night, then did pilates. Today, BOTH knees started bothering me. I did Zumba (which was questionable), but figured was ok b/c was doing low impact. I did pilates after. My knees still hurt, but hoping that this will pass once I lose some weight!

Food is fine today.

Stupid knees!!! Why are they so weak? I have never been more aware of my knees in alll my life! I have been running again and they feel fine but when I go up stairs they pop like mad and if i have to do the stairs too often they start to hurt. Sorry that alot of us are having prob with them.

A- Nice to see you on!

As for me- I am trying. Yesterday was legs and back to help strenghten my legs around my knees and today was runners yoga and 3 miles on the treadmill. Tonight is zumba- hope its not to much. Eating is fine- I fine. Lunch was a salad with leftover chicken and lite ranch with some hot sauce mixed in it for a kick. Dinner I think is some froz tilipa- pan sauted in olive oil and cajun seasonings and prob green beans and rice.

Did someone mention nachos- all smiles- sounds yummy but yikes on the calories. I've done it too or else I would be smaller for sure.

Hello Aspottr nice to see you here

Like I said, I had been to the docs to show my knees and she suggested maybe I am doing too much all of a sudden. Which I think I am. If I have taken 5 years to put that weight I shouldn't expect to loose weight in a fortnight :)

Doc suggested I go slow and be consistent. And instead of doing machine exercises do something like swimming which will not put any pressure on my knees and help me burn calories at the same time get me toned. I think good idea. Do something better than nothing.

So change in exercise routine, I will be doing swimming and the low impact classes..

Diet wise, just gobbled up some warm nachos with cheese, salsa and jalapenos... google says they were 1000 calories !!

Hello!! Hello! Hello!!!!!!

I have not been on here in forever!!! I do all my motivation and groups via facebook now and barely have time for that...but I thought I'd stop by and say hi!

I'm still going strong---been stuck yo-yoing 5-10 up and down since January, but back down to my lowest again :)

I still have another 10 to hit my goal, but I will get there eventually!

Hope you are all doing well!!!

Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone would understand if you fell apart- that's TRUE strength.

Darn, just saw that my post didn't get on here last night. Grrr...

I finally got a workout in- against my will- yesterday. I really didn't want to, but my knees weren't hurting and I didn't have any excuse not to workout. I then cancelled it out with a big Costco frozen yogurt at night.

I am an emotional eater. I always thought that was a load of huey people made up to excuse their eating whatever they wanted. But alas, I now know it to be true.

I think my current challenge is figuring out how to stop this type of eating. Wish me luck, b/c this is pretty much the only thing keeping me from my goal. Who would have thought?

Lacey- I've never heard of that recipe!
Smiles- nice to see you back on here.

I guess this is the challenge for bad knees! I had to sop working out since Frday bc my knees ached- which never happens! I did ok on the food front this weekend, but sort of just blew it with lunch today- there was pizza in the fridge and I was too lazy to make something.

Lesson learned: Always have food ready to go so I don't reach or junk. Also, don't let junk in the house- duh!

DIZ- OH NO don't tell me things like that! We're actually waiting for his retirement pay to kick in, we didn't know there was a gap month between active and retirement.

Doing ok in the food and exercise area. Food could be better but trying to eat as well as I can with what we got. Good thing is there is no junk in the house, lol! I bought the kids a big box of goldfish but don't feel compled to eat them. Exercise is pretty good! There are now 12wks till the half marthon a friend and I already paid for so trying to follow a training plan to be ready for it. Sunday did 4 miles and did core X this morning. Knee doesn't hurt persay but it feels tired, if that makes any sense? Lunk was tuna on top of lettuce and lite ranch and dinner will be leftover lasanga roll with a salad. Made the lasagna rolls with 1/2lb hamburger meat, and lowfat cottage cheese, less calories than regular lasanga and had the noddles already so cheap to make and dh said it was really good!

Sorry am joining a little late :( Had a bad knee after all the workout I did for the last challenge. I ended up doing more cardio and my knees started hurting badly. I have recovered after no cardio for two weeks. Doing just strengths and swimming. Scale didn't move.

Hey ho back with you ladies and love the new name. I continue my plan i.e

To loose weight (1 to 2 lbs per week)
3-4 times cardio in a week
3 strengths in a week
Eat not more then 1350 cals everyday (I am trying!!!)

So lets continue sparking people emoticon

So, I'm standing here in WW waiting to get weighed. Had I been weighed last night, I would have gone down, but ha a salty snack last night and up a little. I hate that :-(

love- LOVE the new challenge title!!!!

diz and flacca- sound like great min goals! I've never done turbo fire but i bet it would be fun to try

I have been so busy ever since we moved into our new dealership and then kids once work is over. Then found out my husband's retirement pay doesn't start till July so did have some emotional eatting. We will be surviving on my ck and savings till then. He is going to school and the gi bill is susposed to pay us to allow him to do that but that hasn't kicked in yet. And he won't listen that he needs to get a job. I understand he needs to get a degree in 2-3 yrs but we have a family to support- ugh. Men- they all need to be kicked in the head! Surprisingly I am only up to 140, and back at it this week. Dinner might be a challenge cuz I
have to strech the food and nothing makes food go farther than carbs. but lunch and breakfast I am eatting lower calorie. Hopefully it balances out. I am working out, doing p90x and running and zumba tonight so hopefully I can afford a few extra carbs!
Goals- lose 5 lbs or a couple inches. since I'm doing more weights scale might not move
water water and more water.
Follow my half marthon training plan- 13weeks till the one a friend and I already paid for!

Well, I haven't quite decided when I'm doing the TF yet. I still want to run 3x's a week, and really need to do some sort of HIIT at least 2 other days, if not 3. I want to do sprints as one of those HIIT workouts, so my do 2 days of TF HIIT's. I really just need to schedule...I've been really off since starting school...scheduling seem to help :)

Yay Diz! I have a Turbo Fire buddy! I just started doing it again last week- mixed together with slim in 6. I alternate doing each program 6 days a week. Are you doing a workout after TF, on be same day?!

I too ruined my efforts with a Costco fNF frozen yogurt last night. But it was soooo worth it! I was there to buy this gel LED light kit for $29. It was an awesome deal and wanted to be sure to buy it before it was sold out :-)

Those sound like attainable goals Diz.

I hope everyone is ok, been pretty quiet on here the last few days.

I have gradually incorporated my "good" habits this week, and think they're sticking. I was starving between lunch and dinner and reached for a wedge of laughing cow and some cucumber slices. It was good, and I can't believe that's what I reached for. I guess it's easier to do when I've pre-chopped everything.

The scale is moving, but pretty much just undoing the food Olympics weekend damage. Tomorrow, I will be going to my WW meeting- finally! I'm hoping that this makes the difference for me.

Today: Turbo Fire HIIT 15 and some pilates completed.

YAY!! We can do this!!!

Weight Goal: 1/2+ lbs per week, total of 3 lbs. Keeping it small...
SW=150.8
GW=147.8

Other goals:
*Drink 1 green tea/day
*10 cups of water per day
*continue running 3x's per week
*Add in 2 days strength training

I've really been slacking on the strength training, so that is a major goal of mine...
