So I am am trying REALLY hard to get myself back on the road to eating healthy. In order to sort of help me along the way I gave up "excess calories" for lent - basically I am dieting via counting calories. I am using sparkpeople, and my diet analysis software to help calculate and track, but does anyone know of any good websites that have reliable calorie information for ... basically anything and everything? This is a new approach for me as I have never really done strict calorie counts before. I appreciate it!
