This hasn't been used in a while but, I lost 3 lbs since 1/1/2012, now I'm on the low iodine diet and always hungry so I'm going to keep using the Wii Dance 3 for exercise and just try to get through the diet. At least it should help me break my addiction to chocolate :).

Hope everyone is doing fantast.

lost a lb since last friday! YAY! but most importantly, i've reached a new lowest weight for the year!

I totally feel like I should have lost weight this week, but gained a pound! I lost 3.5 last week, so I suppose that's what I get for losing so much in a week. Dang thyroid...more exercise I suppose!

I lost 2.1 pounds last week ! Rejoice! It was difficult (but worth it). I worked out 6x a week sometimes walking twice a day. I watched everything I ate and only allowed myself 1 treat on the weekend. I wanted more weight gone but I'll take the 2 !!! Without the thyroid helping, it is going to be slow and steady......I will do this!
