Hi, What I started doing years ago and it has and is still helped/helping, is to: eat more green veggies, take fish oil vitamins, safflower, eat bananas, those are for helping with blood pressure mostly (Bananas), eat walnuts, seek Doctors advice, exersize is a plus, and stay with SP to get more info.
Let it take time and you know it will become a habit and things DO GET BETTER.
OH & the oils you use to cook with, Replace them all with extra virgin Olive oil.
AND eat Cheerios for breakfast, it really helps like they say.
