My HDL numbers really went up and my triglycerides went down when I started exercising more.

I think the best way is exercise... and adding HEALTHY fats to your diet, specifically omega 3s found in salmon, avocados, nuts... you have to watch how much, just like everything else, but they help.

Does anyone know how to raise your HDL? In November it was 42 and now 34.
