Thank you all for your replies. I don't like the "hurting" feeling from working out or my heart beat going higher (because it feels like I'm dying) but that's what a work out is for right (and I should feel alive but oh well)
I'm sticking to the program but I just would like to work out and know that when I get to my weight goal I will not stop working out and need to lose weight again and again like I've been going throw so far.
I have the Dance Central on xbox that it's so far the one I like the most. I already do Tai Chi and Training work out with Fitness Evolved. The thing is the fight I need to have every time I wanna do them (mon/wed/fri) for 30 min because my husband got his account back with xbox and plays all day and doesn't let me even get close to it. I was dancing around 1 hour, 2 times a week. Now I'm sticking to treadmill 30 min (tue/thu/sat) and when he doesn't let me do my Training Cardio I do a 10 min cardio from the sparkpeople videos.
I would like to say thanks again for all the replies and I think I know what I need to do, the problem now its get into an agreement with my hubby so I can get a chance to use the gaming system as well.
