So, I'm new to Spark People, and I joined because I need help (obviously :P)
I was hoping to find support in the area of how much sleep I get. I'm looking for a buddy who is willing to text me at 11:00PM EST to tell me to go to sleep! Just stop what you're doing and go to bed, you'll like yourself better in the morning, AND you'll be able to do that 10 minute work out you want to do.
I have Verizon, so if you're interested (sending a reminder like this might also help you go to sleep too) please contact me. I'm looking for someone who can do this faithfully every night, because, boy, I just don't go to bed. And, I've tried so many times to stop what I'm doing (I'm a college student) but I just say, "Eh, I'll go to bed earlier tomorrow." Well, I've been in college three years. Enough is enough. I need sleep.
