Getting at least 15 minutes in every day. I have my "diet" down to a T. It's been tweaked and dare I say? Perfected?

I keep giving myself the same stupid excuse every single day, "It's too cold out. I'm too tired" and not doing what I KNOW I need to do.

Tired of hearing it. This week, I'm going to focus on the day itself and get my 15 minutes in somewhere. 15 always leads to at least 30 and they're 30 absolutely liberating minutes.

Seesko has inspired me to try a juice fast...I'm not going to do 30 days like she is,but I am committed to 5...I see how it goes from there. At least that is should help me get back on the path to healthy eating, and steer me away from the holiday food fest I have been having.
