1. lose 1 pound a week.
2. eat at least 5 servings of fruit and veg. a day.
3. Walk 4 days a week.
4. My overall goal is to be bikini ready for spring! Not that I will actually buy or wear one, but I want to know that I could wear one if I wanted!

Excellent post...

My goals are:
1. Walk at least 10 miles a week
2. Drink 10 Cups or water a day
3. Start a new round of Power 90
4. Get my house clean and organized and KEEP IT THAT WAY

That will do for January - it gives me a place to start

Tema~Great goals! emoticon on losing weight this month.

Goal 1: To stay consistent with my exercise and eating healthy.

Goal 2: Be at my goal weight of 145 lbs by June 5 (my birthday).

Goal 3: This one isn't health related...but I want to achieve at least a 4.0 GPA in all my classes.

It's that time again to think about what goals you want to set for Jan...

I lost 4.3 lbs of my Dec. goals...so I would like to lose 6lbs in Jan...I feel I have the tools to do this with....

Second goal is to drink my 10 glasses of water every single day this month no excuses....

Third goals is to motivate and encourage as many ppl on sparks as I can...I'm seeing a lot of negative here lately
