1. lose 1 pound a week. 2. eat at least 5 servings of fruit and veg. a day. 3. Walk 4 days a week. 4. My overall goal is to be bikini ready for spring! Not that I will actually buy or wear one, but I want to know that I could wear one if I wanted!

It's that time again to think about what goals you want to set for Jan...
I lost 4.3 lbs of my Dec. goals...so I would like to lose 6lbs in Jan...I feel I have the tools to do this with....
Second goal is to drink my 10 glasses of water every single day this month no excuses....
Third goals is to motivate and encourage as many ppl on sparks as I can...I'm seeing a lot of negative here lately
