1. lose 1 pound a week.
2. eat at least 5 servings of fruit and veg. a day.
3. Walk 4 days a week.
4. My overall goal is to be bikini ready for spring! Not that I will actually buy or wear one, but I want to know that I could wear one if I wanted!
