I'm a little slow in finding this challenge, but I am in. I need some encouragement; I worked pretty hard in November but didn't see any weight loss or inches lost. But, I am not giving up. I know Sparking and exercise works. December is a hard month but I am going to see results this month!

WOW, December is here already! This year flew by didn't it?!

Let's make this last month of 2008 roll out with a bang! If you haven't joined us before for a challenge, this is a great time to start! If you have, then this could be a great chance at beating you past miles and minutes results! Either way, let's get in our fitness miles and minutes and make this month count! Only a short 4 months away until Spring and Swim Suit/bikini/shorts Shopping!

As apart of this challenge let's also focus on "Striving for 5" fruits and veggies a day! A fruit smoothie or veggie soup is a great way to get in several servings at once! Small steps add up to big health and fitness gains!
