Average of 30mins pr day. This past week I've been doing 10 mins/per day on avg but will be adding time this week. So, I'll start with 15 mins and go from there. If I can do more, great, I'll reach my destination for sure, if not, maybe I'll make it to Savannah at least LOL I may have to take a flight back home though LOL We'll see....blessings to all on your journey!!!
Goal :210.48 = 6lbs in 6 weeks . I'm not pushing this as I'm just beginning. I really want to just get to this point giving myself a start. Then I want to really reach the ONEderland! 199! If I lose more than the 6lbs in 6 weeks, I may through a party.....painting party or something non-food! LOL Oh! Bowling again!!! Yeah!!! Starting weight : 216.48 (TOM)

We here online make lots of friends that support us in our journey that we will probably never meet face to face. I have three very close friends that have nothing to do with spark people but support me in my efforts to chase my goal weight and healthier life style. These are online friends who i talk with on a daily basis through messenger service or email. So I thought it would be fun for everyone to pick a few of their online friends to take a virtual road trip to visit for Easter. This will sound difficult but it really isnt at all. Pick the states and list them along with how many miles from where you are to the first stop, then first stop to second stop , then second stop to third stop and then return home miles from the last stop. your exercise will count as your miles ... 60 sixty minutes of exercise = 60 miles traveled . you want this to be a challenge for you so make sure that your miles will push you .. meaning if you normally do 90 minutes a day you dont want to pick like 400 miles over all for you total.
My total miles is 2750 .. that means for the next 42 days till easter i need to do at least 65.4 minutes of exercise a day ...That is calculated out at 7 days a week which is completely doable for me.
when you make it to your first destination the come back to your original post and post beside that destination .. make sure to list your destination and the miles between each ... So we can follow you on your trip .
My virtual CPC road trip is as follows ..
Pascagoula MS to North Carolina : 750 miles
North Carolina to New Jersey : 487 miles
New Jersey to Connecticut : 170 miles
Connecticut back home : 1343
Total miles : 2750
Goal : i want to finally reach 266 . that is 12 pounds in 6 weeks . Starting weight : 278.2 2/23 : 275.8 I look forward to everyone's travel plans .. I know it is a little complicated to start with but I think it will be fun for everyone ... If you dont want to make your travel plan you can use mine .. the number of miles works for me and my plan right now so adjust it accordingly to your plan but post the changes please ...
