1-7 214 1-14 211 1-21. 212 Looking up for more help. I looked back and found I did not eat as much fruit this week. I am not giving up or going to get discourage just because I gained, just going to look up and do better this week! Have a great day. 1-28 208.5 I ate more fruit and also got letter from doc saying chol. is high to start eating more fruit and make sure I eat at least a citrus a day. I did get in more workout also. But love the scales this week. 2-04 Did not lose or gain.

Ok so I blew the New year's challenge I ended the year with an 8 pound gain . But I am getting back on track now . I now need to loose 22 pounds to get to the 100 pound mark .. lets be realistic here that wont happen before Valentine's Day but half of it can be done. So that will be 11 pounds in 6 weeks. So who is in with me ?
