There are approximately 15 weeks left till January 1, 2013. There also countless obstacles in that path. Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas parties, and well plenty of football get together s. Not to mention as the Seasons change so does our mind set, eating habits and even our exercise habits. I have to be very mindful of what I am doing all the time. Right now I need to loose 18 pounds to reach my goal of 266 by 2013. So i am issuing out this challenge
to everyone 15 pounds by 1/1/2013 . I will make mini goals for the week each week. So come on and join me set your goal ... and lets do this together....
