I have my 30 and 60 day pics posted on my sparks page. I'm on week two of my 3rd phase so my 90 day pics will be coming soon. I was dumb and didn't take any measurements, but I have lost a little over 15 lbs. Give me some feed back on what you think so far. Thanks.
Well, I didn't actually measure anything except weight before starting. I'm down 4 pounds net, having lost 3, found them again, and then lost them plus one. What I'm finding is my pants are easier to do up, I've made good progress in how well I can do the exercises, I have better endurance, I'm more flexible, and I can now complete each exercise block in each session. I no longer have a buddha belly. All good.
