I have my 30 and 60 day pics posted on my sparks page. I'm on week two of my 3rd phase so my 90 day pics will be coming soon. I was dumb and didn't take any measurements, but I have lost a little over 15 lbs. Give me some feed back on what you think so far. Thanks.

Well, I didn't actually measure anything except weight before starting. I'm down 4 pounds net, having lost 3, found them again, and then lost them plus one. What I'm finding is my pants are easier to do up, I've made good progress in how well I can do the exercises, I have better endurance, I'm more flexible, and I can now complete each exercise block in each session. I no longer have a buddha belly. All good.

ok I can't find my measuring tape and weather is to bad to get out to the store but

Just started yesterday

175 lbs
size 9 pants(my stomach hasn't shrank just my hips)
my waist last time I measured like 2 wks ago was 38
hips 40
chest 37 1/2

Small baby step goals to begin with so I don't get discouraged again

Sometimes you get knocked down, but you somehow have to get back up again..

small steps at a time

Nothing taste as good as thin feels

goals:

5lbs by Jan 8- Done
10lbs by Feb 8
10lbs by March 8
10lbs by April 8
10lbs by May 8
10 lbs by June 8

If I can do that- that will be 55lbs gone by my sisters wedding in June weight would be 141

10lbs July 8 <

My Round 1, 90 day pics are up and in my gallery. @ 55lbs lost total. Went from 220 to 165 lbs.
Now beginning Round 2 to add some muscle and shape!!

I don't have exact measurements but at day 30 I was down from a 36 inch waist to 34 pants being loose on me. I have lost between 15 and 20lbs.
