9/17/10 I did W2D3 16/18/13/13 I was feeling a little lazy so my max was only 21

Today I did the Progress test with a Max of 45. I will be moving to column 3 for week 3. I may not be able to post much in the next few weeks, I'm in the process of moving (to Hawaii, yeah). The packers come on Thursday and I will be on the move by 9/30/10. I may have a week or two with no access to the internet or my computer, but I plan to keep doing my squats.

I did day 2 again so I can get day 3 on Fridays (it's easier to remember that way) I'm kind of stiff and sore from Monday's sets, I need to make sure I stretch good before and after.

The one drawback to squats for me is that they're boring. I am focusing on good form but I may have to start playing music while I do these.

see I use to be like that because of all the squats I did when I use to lift. Now I am just fat and out of shape emoticon and that initial test about killed me. But that's ok. I'll get back there soon! emoticon

OK, maybe the squat program is not for me.
I have been doing progressively heavier squats since December. I am up to 140 5 X 5. Haven't done bodyweight squats for a while. Tried initial test Tuesday and did 70 before I got bored:)
Guess I can't join you on this challenge:(

I am still working on the push ups tho.
They are kinda kickin my butt!!!

I feel like a wimp. I just to do squats on the smith machine with 45-65 lbs on my shoulders. Now I can't even lift myself. emoticon

Ok I did the initial test yesterday. You want to say sad!! I was only able to do 10. My legs were burning so bad. I think though if I could have done a warm-up before I did the test I probably could have done more. Oh well. I start W1/D1 tonight. emoticon
