Hi Kelly,
I wanted to slip over the Holiday weekend because my husband and I were so busy with yard work and get this...moving 5 ton of rock for landscaping. I used muscles I didn't know I even had! Anyway, I was good and still made time yesterday for my Day 1 of Week 2. I'm not sure when to move from my knees to my toes. I think tomorrow when I do my pushups I might try to do some of them on my toes and see how it goes. Other than that, not sure what else to do.

That is awesome! I slipped up with the holiday so I need to get caught up but I think things are coming along other than that. I feel strong. My arms are getting a workout and so is my chest which I didn't expect as much. Nothing visibly noticable yet but that's probably normal.
How do you know when do move up to push ups from your knees to your toes? Any tips for how and when to do that?

I did day 1 of Week 2. I'm doing the pushups on my knees and yesterday I did 63. I'm hoping to work towards doing regular pushups!
