I had gone down to 255 pounds but I mostly stay at 258 pounds.

Frustrated:

3/18 - 280.4 only down 0.2 from last week, but sunday weighed in at 278.6....oh well....I guess that's what I get for eating the "last of my calories" at 10:30pm huh?

137.4 lbs. Still happy. I'm a little nervous about the scale now that I'm doing more strength training. If I gain weight, I know it's muscle. However, those numbers on the scale sometimes play games with my brain! emoticon
