Congratulations! After one week of stepping, we have officially passed Memorial Stadium in Lincoln, NE! Could you imagine making that walk alone? It takes a team and we are doing a great job!

Tips to increase your steps:

* Keep your pedometer next to your bed and put it on first thing in the morning and make it the last thing you take off at night.

* Take the steps rather than the elevator just twice a day.

* Instead of going to the restroom closest to your desk or office, walk to one a little further away.

Thank you again for your steps and lets aim for Grand Island next week!
