What a great idea! Thanks for posting.
No matter how slowly you go, you are still lapping everyone on the couch.

An excellent suggestion. :-) Thanks for providing the link. I was unaware it even existed.

That's a really good idea. I have had my page set to private until last week when one of the assignments was to comment on someone's inspirational blog. I decided it would be pointless unless I made my page public and started being active in the community. I have really enjoyed everyone's comments and support and wonder why I resisted for so long. I haven't seen this challenge yet but I'm off to go support someone who has finally had the courage to blog :)
Do you remember the first time you ever posted a blog? This week on Spark Coach, they connected us to the Spark First-Time Blogger's page, and asked us to support these bloggers who were blogging for their very first time on Spark People. Wouldn't it be wonderful if once a week each of us took time to read and comment on at least one first-time blog.
Why I am sparking:
I want to protect my health, feel better, look better, and have more energy.
