Seems like many of us have had a rough day or two this week. Rather than dwell upon those moments/days we are going to embrace "Forget it Friday".
Make a list of things that you are just going to let go. You can do it here or do it in private, it doesn't matter, just that you do it. Let all those negatives go and open up to the idea that today is a new day and a new opportunity.
