My Exercise goal: to achieve 4.50 miles of walking today.

1. When ordering my groceries online, I used the "low sodium" filter to maintain the low sodium "Living the Good Life" challenge habit I formed this week. First time ever since I joined SP that I was at 50 to 75% of sodium limit! Woohoo.

2. I will continue to use the SP nutrition tracker since it is working wonders for me. I'd forgotten.

1. I will drink my 8 glasses of water. I will take my mug to work and each time it is empty I will go and refill it.

2. I will eliminate any "sugar added" products from my diet today. That means no foods that don't have naturally occurring sugar.

JOANNE, I love it!

Couldn't get here yesterday...funeral in the morning and sick cat the rest of the day. :(

My time management because of crazy work schedule...so I skip meals or eat quick things that aren't the healthiest.

I need to plan ahead (she writes as she readies for the first of her 9 day work week!) so that foods are ready to go when I leave for work.

1. Because of my workdays, I have been eating sporadically all day. Today I will eat normal meals and as healthy as I can. (At the concert, choices are limited.)

Wanda, I did get to the ballet. Probably would not have gone but I was bright enough to invite a friend I haven't seen in a few months...so it forced me to commit to going. :) It was GISELE and I'd never seen it. Enjoyed it so much - different than the usual theater or jazz concert - and my co-worker sent me a text thanking me for being supportive, since no one else from here went. Enjoyed time with my friend Sandy as well.

For sure today, I will stay positive amidst all the politicking in the office...and take deep cleansing breaths every hour to help with that. This evening, being Good Friday, I am shutting down all technology to make the evening sacred - and as I say that, I think I will plan to stay off FB through Saturday as well.

I will check in here at SP, since all of the people on my 3 teams are wonderful and don't add stress to my life! :)

Finally catching up with our challenges.

My goal was to go home when done with teaching breast health/cancer classes at a local high school and rest before heading out to the ballet to support a co-worker who has a walk-on role as a prince.

I've been burning the candle at both ends lately. So, my list is of things to do to relax.

1. Take a nap.
2. Spend some time on Pinterest for inspiration on home projects.
3. Read something for fun not practical reasons.

Good challenge, Wanda.

1. Organize a to-do list for work to help me get things accomplished since the flu is interfering with my brain process, it seems. emoticon
2. Stopping at the grocery store to get water and some veggies to add to broth for healthy meals this weekend.
3. Relax when I get home - meaning to not check emails - work or otherwise.

Making the Pumpkin Crumb Coffeecake today for the funeral dinner tomorrow.
Will get the eggs boiled today for the egg salad sandwiches I need to make for tomorrow nights dinner here.
By doing these things today, it will make tomorrow less hectic.

1. Make conscious decisions about how to spend time, not default into cramming my day fuller and fuller by adding just one more thing to do.
2. Doing one thing at a time. Multitasking is good, but not always.
3. Make cucumber sauce for the bean burgers I made last week and froze.

It's the last day of the work week, most of us are gearing up to relax this weekend or at least have a different schedule.
Sometimes we get so busy that we allow ourselves to get over whelmed or bogged down.

List 3 things that you are going to do today (for sure) that will help you move towards a more relaxed state.



1. I have made a list of everything that I need to do in priority order.
2. I will stop and pick up some fresh veggies and fruit so that I don't eat on the run.
3. I will set aside some time just for me. Even if it means a nap!

"For sure" I have paid my bills ON payday rather than putting it off. Yea! One of my financial goals in my 2012 SP Plan. emoticon

"For sure" I will get the FAQ section for our new website done today.

"For sure" I will talk with my boss about my skype-ing into the strategic planning meeting tomorrow since we got 4 in. sn*w today and another 4 to 6 coming tomorrow. This is the toughest one of all...Hope she's receptive.

For sure I will drink 8 glasses of water.

For sure I will ride stationary bike for 30 min. and do jump start video.

For sure I will remember who creates all things and provides for my needs.

Let's shake things up a bit and give ourselves a new challenge.

For Sure Friday!

Today is the day that you will do things FOR SURE!
Set yourselves three goals that you will "for sure" promise to do today.
One goal each for Nutrition, Body and Spirit.

1. I "FOR SURE" will drink all my water today. 8 glasses (Nutrition)

2. I "FOR SURE" will get in a minimum of 8500 steps (Body)

3. I "FOR SURE" will spend 10 minutes giving thanks for all the positives in my life.

Your "for sure's" must work for you today, so be realistic in what you decide.
