I have had a huge attitude change, decieded it's time to get serious and down to business with my healthier lifestyle changes, I've sort of just been maintaing for a while now and that needs to change as of today.
Grocery shopped today and got lots of healthy good for us foods.

I spent my Marvelous Monday with some Pre-K students. Phew! They really tire me out. I will be with them all week. Their teacher is with her father who is very ill. I'm working toward a good week with the little people. I am sure that they will help me grow this week. Time to go to bed so that I can have the energy to keep up with them.
