I'll take that step challenge! I completed 3+ minutes of stepping on and off a single step.

I challenge the next person to 12 leg squats, any variety will do.

I completed push ups and I challenge the next poster to stair stepping for 3 minutes. Either step up and down off one step or walk a flight of steps.
