A simple challenge for the week.
1. Do an activity outdoors at least 5 days this week.
(your choice of activity, but it does involve moving your body!!)
2. Choose someone on the team and visit their page or blog each day this week. Leave them filled with encouragement.
3. Choose a day this week and fill it full of random acts of kindness. It's always more fun if you are able to perform these acts of random kindness secretly! See how well you can do.
