159.2 I lost the two pound I gained last week..I actually weighed 158.0 most of the week but this morning I was more...I will just take the two pound loss instead of the three since today is officially weigh in day.

149.6....stayed the same. This is good considering I think I've taken in 10,000 calories in 5 days! Thank goodness for exercise! Back to the grind, though. No more over the calorie range top.

I've lost hmm 20lbs since starting spark people but the week before I didn't loose anything due to some meds I was on. Thankfully as soon as I finished them up I lost another two pounds.

Up slightly this week...not quite a pound. I'm having issues with late night eating and staying in my calorie range. Trying out some new accountability methods and am changing up my calorie distribution during the day. Hopefully this will help. I'd like to bust out of these darn 150's.

I lost 1.6 lbs of the weight I gained back. I feel a bit better about this since I couldn't figure out what was amiss last week.

I have not lost any weight but I lost .5 inches from my hips and 2 inches from my waist...so not a total wash out. I guess the yoga is tighting me up.

I was down one pound this week to 154. I was really good about my water last week, not good with the exercise!! But I'm (once again) determined to try and do better. Went on a hunting hike with my hubby yesterday and worked out for 30 minutes on my TredClimber today! Here's hoping we all have a productive week this week!

I'm losing inches and fat, gaining muscle, not seeing too much movement on the scale I am very lucky to have gym with a BodPod for measuring body fat. I started at yikes ! 44% I can't wait to get measured again after 2 months of SP diet and excercise. The suspense is KILLING me!

Well I have lost another pound.
So that now makes 9 pounds I have lost.
And the funny thing is I did not drink my water or exercise but once in the past week. But only because I have been sick and my whole family was sick. But am going to get busy this week and exercise and drink my water. Well anyways.

Once again no weight loss but no gain either so at least that's a positive. I haven't been following the program though - have definitely hit a emotional plateau as well as a weight one. I know what I need to do but having the motivation to do it is really a struggle right now.

Well I gained .8 pounds. I know that is not a huge deal but it was a wake up call for me. I have not been journaling. I have not been drinking my water. I have not been eating fruits and veggies. I have been eating tons of carbs. I also have not been walking but I have been sicks so I will let myself slide on that one. But I am back on track and I am glad that I did not slide back too much.

WELL DONE EVERYONE FOR THEIR VICTORIES THIS WEEK!!! Everyone seems very upbeat and motivated -it's great to hear!! I love Sparkpeople!!! it's so great hearing everyones challenges and successes!!

to the lady who put on three pounds...yes it is a bummer and you will feel a bit down about it but do try to stay focused and positive!! the weight gain could have been down to a number of factors, you know like water retention, more muscle build up, time of the month ,hormones etc! do not let it get you down, keep strong and instead of seeing it as a brick wall you've run into- see it as a hurdle in your path and challenge yourself to get straight over it!!! you can do it!! this week is a new week and last week forgotten!! good luck!!! :)

I am down 1 pound this week but every pound is a celebration. I was away all weekend in Maine and that meant a lot of eating out and not eating as well so I take a 1 pound loss as a victory that some of the choices I made in Maine paid off.

I was down 1.5 pounds! but a bigger milestone...I am finally under the weight I was at my 6 week postpartum appointment. I have played around with 5 pounds since I gave birth but have never gotten under the 161 mark..and I finally did!!! I have 7 pounds to go for my pre baby weight and 10 pounds to go for my 10%...but 6.5 pounds are gone already... emoticon

Hey Everyone! Gosh, I definitely got lost in school work! I have had at least 2 exams each week, with another week waiting for me! But, I was happy to have maintained a downward direction for my weight. I got on the scale at this morning and was down 1 pound.
I still feel like it's too good to be true! But I have been watching my portions and carbs and so it should be that way I guess. It's just soo much more rewarding to moderate, as opposed to deprive yourself completely of something.
I am shocked by how many more calories you burn when you cut out little junky snacks. Also, I think alcohol is big calorie packer, esp if you have insulin resistance or a slow metabolism. And I used to drink socially (wines during dinner, or mixers at parties) and I now see how counter productive that was for me...especially being in the 1st phase!
Well, Congrats to everyone for losing weight/ inches and or not giving up!

Remember: Losing weight is like getting a new hairdo on Satruday. You have Monday till Friday to live your awesome life and it won't be placed on hold simply because the new do isn't on you!

I did my weigh in this morning and I was down another two pounds to 155! I was super excited since this weekend was a bad one for me...and I didn't work out hardly at all last week...so far portion control is working for me! I'm determined to do really good with exercising this week and we'll see what happens then!! Good luck to everyone on their weigh ins in the morning!!

No Loss, but no gain. 6 lbs total loss. I have walked, and did resistance and swiss ball core exercises. Plus I'm helping out with my daughters youth cheerleading so I was jumping and doing that bounce'jog in place thing with them. Probably pretty funny to see an almost 40 yo 143 lb. lady do a "not so pretty" toe touch, but I think they got a kick out of it and after they saw I could do it theirs got a little better!AND I had fun! Good job everyone, keep it up (or should I say down. LOL

I will lose this awful weight, just watch and you'll see.
Not for everybody else, I'll do it for me!

I'm at 157 now, another 3 pounds from last week. This puts me down 9 pounds total in the two weeks I've been working on this! Congratulations to everyone! Keep up the hard work!! emoticon

I was up a half pound today. :( However, my clothes fit much better and I feel more muscular since I've been working out like crazy, so I'm attributing it to increased muscle mass. Oh, and it was my anniversary this weekend so I pigged a little bit...

Still, though, I'm down 4.5 overall and I know how women's weight fluctuates, so I'm still happy with myself. I'm only looking to lose 15, so I'm a third of the way there!

This is the first official Wednesday weigh in for me since I began this adventure on 9/15. On the 15th I weighed 201lbs. Today I weigh 195.2lbs. This is a weight loss of 5.8 pounds in 9 dyas. This makes me very happy.
