Waist: 36.5 inches
Hips: 46 inches
Neck: 15 inches
My goal for this month is to bust out of the 230's! I'm taking place in the new YOU bootcamp so hopefully I'll be able to reach this. Another goal I have is to lose another inch off my waist and hips-I'm so very close to fitting into a pair of size 1's from Lane Bryant! (that's US size 16, I believe)

Have my measurements written down at home in my notebook. I have been losing the inches which means more to me than the number on the scales.
You've got to think about the "big things" while you're doing small things, so that all the small things go in the right direction.

Hello, and Happy New Year! As always, at the start of every month, I want us to set our goals and take our measurements. Remember that success is not judged by the scale alone. Losing inches qualifies as a loss also! Don't let the scale bring you down this year. As long as we slim down and tone up we'll look great!
