Excellent! I'm not sure what my next summer goal will be, but I'll definitely be doing a challenge of some sort.

I may have to do this with you next summer! I think I'll be able to run 15 miles a week next Summer :-) Right now I'm working for a 10k distance by mid November, then I'm doing an all jog program where I run a certain number of miles per every other day that gradually gets higher. This may just have to be my 4th running goal!

To shake things up a bit, I got up this morning before sunrise and took off running. Boy, it is SO quiet out on the streets when most people are still sleeping.

The AFC Half Marathon was wicked hot and humid, but I got it done.

Yesterday was a grumbly run, but today felt much better. I got out and did just over three miles and I'm back in my groove.
