Excellent! I'm not sure what my next summer goal will be, but I'll definitely be doing a challenge of some sort.

I may have to do this with you next summer! I think I'll be able to run 15 miles a week next Summer :-) Right now I'm working for a 10k distance by mid November, then I'm doing an all jog program where I run a certain number of miles per every other day that gradually gets higher. This may just have to be my 4th running goal!

To shake things up a bit, I got up this morning before sunrise and took off running. Boy, it is SO quiet out on the streets when most people are still sleeping.
