I moved my Y sessions from morning to evening because I got tired of She(WMBO) sitting and watching TV ... she was sucking me down that vortex. I thought I was being a thoughtless jerk leaving her every night. But no, she started to use the treadmill this week. Looks as though I may have caused her to exercise.

Yes, I finally made my walk the priority and I decided I was going to walk anyway and stopped waiting for company. Now we walk every evening and it not negotiable! I even think hubby looks forward to it now.
Elizacg9...I think 103 would be a good excuse not to walk. thank goodness you have a treadmill.
I know what you mean....I get on the treadmill anyway, inside. IT is 103 outdoors..

This is funny... Sometimes when I ask hubby if he wants to take a walk, he will find an excuse and we stay home, BUT, if I tell him "I am going for a walk, would you like to join me?" he jumps up and gets his sneakers. Amazing to me how phrasing the question changes the outcome.
