I moved my Y sessions from morning to evening because I got tired of She(WMBO) sitting and watching TV ... she was sucking me down that vortex. I thought I was being a thoughtless jerk leaving her every night. But no, she started to use the treadmill this week. Looks as though I may have caused her to exercise.

Yes, I finally made my walk the priority and I decided I was going to walk anyway and stopped waiting for company. Now we walk every evening and it not negotiable! I even think hubby looks forward to it now.

Elizacg9...I think 103 would be a good excuse not to walk.

I know what you mean....I get on the treadmill anyway, inside. IT is 103 outdoors.. emoticon

This is funny...
Sometimes when I ask hubby if he wants to take a walk, he will find an excuse and we stay home, BUT, if I tell him "I am going for a walk, would you like to join me?" he jumps up and gets his sneakers. Amazing to me how phrasing the question changes the outcome.

Its hard to lose wt when ou live with someone that does not support you.its hard enough losing wt in general , it helps if you have a diet buddy that can workout with you an you can encourage each other and support each other
