Cleaned for an hour this morning, refurbished some furniture and volunteered to be a waitress at our church's Spaghetti dinner. On my feet 3 hours there.

I have a job where I stand about 8-10 hours 4 days a week so my legs get tired. I still try to do at least 30 min a day of excerise. Today I put in 47 min on the elliptical.

It's not about being the best.........
It's about being better than you were yesterday !
