I did a 5-minute cardio thing this morning which I saw on Spark Blog yesterday - from Dr some-one-or-other - I'm not good at doing cardio stuff, so when I saw this 5-min morning thing to wake up your metabolism I thought I'd give it a shot - it was OK!

Cleaned my closet, laundry, cooked, gardening, organized dresser, have 2 large bags of clothes to donate (fat ones), cleaned fridge, organized my large pantry, walked, went thru about 150 emails, spoke to friends on phone and went to an evening meeting..
That was enough to tire me out. Time for bed.
