Hello teammates!!

Today was a good exercise day for me. This morning, I worked out with the "biggest loser 2" video that I borrowed from the local library. The workout lasted 40 minutes. Tonight I will sit on the floor while I watch tv and do sit-ups during commercials. I really like this site and thanks for the daily encouragement I get from all of you. Have a happy, healthy and blessed day!!

RPCLEM2000 -- Sorry to hear that you broke your toe. I hope it doesn't set you back too much from the good pace you are one. Will it make wearing a shoe difficult?

Saturday: So far I've spent 3.5 hours doing outside work (mowing the lawn, trimming the hedge, cleaning the flower garden, etc.). I might go to the gym later or I might be done for today.

Tuesday: I was given a free 1 hr. training session at the gym so I spent it working on core muscles. Went again in the late afternoon with DH and did a 35 min. elliptical workout.

Wednesday: 3.5 mile outdoor walk with a friend in the early morning. Cardio/Strength class in the afternoon.

Saturday: 30 minute Incline Walking Workout on the treadmill wearing hand weights and doing upper body moves. A good sweat! Then I had a 5 minute sauna in my car driving home from the gym with the windows up and the air off.

I did ten min. Calisthenics, 7 min. Barbell, and about 10 min. Walk. I got interrupted several times today so I wasn't able to walk as long as I would have liked. I also wasn't able to do as much barbell work as I would have liked.

Not a good movement day emoticon

Walked back and forth to work twice. This is about a ten minute walk each way, with an elevation change of 90 feet. Alternated between sitting and standing in my work cubicle. (This may seem funny to mention, but standing for five hours at work beats sitting for ten.) Also did daily lumbar and dumbbell exercises. Mowed the lawn after work.
