P90X3 workout "Agility X" which included a lot of lunges and squats, but a few push ups as well. I've gotten 6800 steps in so far today (I walked a few blocks to the Farmer's market this morning before work) and hope to get 12000 in by the end of the day.
Away for a few days but this is what I did: Aug. 5 - walk x 60 minutes with some steep hills Aug. 6 - hike x 210 minutes in the mountains Aug. 7 - walk x 60 minutes Aug. 8 - mountain bike ride x 180 minutes Aug. 9 - walk x 60 minutes Aug. 10 - cardio + lunges + free weights + abs x 120 minutes TB
