Very hot today, but I went out and worked on my "moss rock garden". I lasted outside for about an hour. I'm hoping the moss takes it grows on rocks, trees and the ground without the help of a blender, sludge made from buttermilk and all the other DIY methods I've read, so mine should work. I scrape a thin layer of ground and moss, put it on a rock and then water. I'm hoping in a few months I'll have a nice bunch of moss covered rocks.

In the air conditioned gym: walked for about 40 minutes and lifted some weights. Also core workout. Yes, I do a lot when I work out. I try to mix it up, cardio/weights/yoga etc.

My total walking for today is 130 minutes and also I rode the stationary bike at the gym and worked up a sweat for 60 minutes.
