My inground pool which is not open yet has a cement deck and I walked around that for a half hour. I am doing that daily. Both ways. emoticon

Rowed 30 weights 20 :)
Plan on rowing a little extra tomorrow since there will be a slab of chocolate cake on my food tracker

20 min on treadmill and shoveled snow for 15 min.
Met with trainer yesterday. Did 45 min of strength so easy on cardiac today.
Great to be moving again.
