I think I hold myself back. I don't know why but I lose 30 or 40 pounds and I gain it right back. I wish I understood why I do this to myself.

Welcome Julia!

My problem is sitting down at the computer first thing in the morning. Hours later, I'm still in the same spot. I never get up after that. I need to do a couple of other things first before I let myself sit down at the computer.

What is holding me back: 1) Too much STRESS, 2) not exercising and munchies. Seems to all go hand and hand with STRESS.
