This is how the challenge works: To be put on a team go to the thread LAST MAN STANDING challenge under general discussions and ask to be put on a team, than each Saturday weigh in, if you lose or stay the same you're still in your group, if you gain than you're out of the group but if you want to continue playing just ask to be put in a new group.

Think of this as an elimination tournament.

Every group number represents a different start date.ex. all who are in group 4 started at the same time. Next Saturday, all of you will weigh in again . If you lose or maintain, you will stay in group 4. If you gain weight, or fail to check in, you will be "out." This continues every week until there is only one person left--the winner of the group. This way, everyone still standing in the group has had to lose or maintain successfully for the same amount of time.

But, this is a continuous challenge, which means that every week a new group is formed for new players, or those who no longer have a group (because they went away for a while, gained, or won) So if you no longer have a group, all you have to do is state that you would like a new group, and you will immediately be started in the new week's group and will get a new group number. For example, if I gained next week, I would be out of my current group, but I could immediately be assigned to the new group starting next week, with my reported weight as my starting weight.

I will reward the "last man standing" with a goodie each time we have a winner in each group.

I hope you join me in this. It'll be fun!

It may not be easy, but it's worth it!
