emoticon I had an awesome fantastic sparkalicious day!! I reached my beyond 10000 steps on my fitbit, then I did my day 1 training for 5k work out...when my treadmill messed up. I started over and did a complete training session for 30 not just 20 min!! GO ME!! Then I made the most incredible vegetarian sandwhich for dinner....I'm proud of this most since I don't cook and the only thing premade was the chik patty..then I stayed within my calorie range and did day 1 of my 28 day bootcamp video! whew....and I won't lie I feel freakin amazing right now!! ooohh and I lost a # emoticon emoticon

And in the end you'll see.YOU WONT STOP ME!

Went grocery shopping and bought no junk at all or meat YAY back to vegetarian. Also tracked my food and stayed in ranges and put in my 10 min at least of fitness.

And in the end you'll see.YOU WONT STOP ME!

Even though I had a difficult start at breakfast - mimosa and quiche out with friends, I still logged it in, and kept within my calorie range for the day. I also walked my daughter's dog and spent an hour on SP reading and watching inspirational blogs - I am on track and sticking with the program - it works! I am doing this, no relapses, no excuses. It is happening and I am thrilled!

WHAT CONCRETE THING HAVE YOU DONE TODAY TO HELP YOU MOVE IN THE DIRECTION OF ACHIEVING YOUR GOALS?

I have done 30 minutes on the treadmill
I have done 20 jumping jacks
I had a green smoothie for breakfast
I'm still going!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today, in order to help reach my goals, I will measure all my food and try to eat exactly the right serving size. I will drink 8+ glasses of water and I will go to the gym and exercise for 30 minutes doing cardio.

Today I will not buy junk food at the movie theater other than a drink...

We have to know that sometimes people will let us down. Caring about others and loving others takes risk and probably more than we have in us most of the time. But I think the more we put out there, we'll have something returned greater than we could have imagined.

I survived the pumpkinseed bread. I enjoyed eating some of it, but did not go beyond a reasonable amount of it on any day.

Today I will track throughout the day and not wait until the end of the day to see how I have done.

Today I plan to carefully track my calories and strictly limit the great bread that I bought at the bakery yesterday. (It is my favorite bread of all time. Bread is not usually even a big deal to me. This one is grainy and healthy but not in big quantities! The store where I buy it is going out of business and yesterday was their last day of baking. I bought two loaves.) I will report back tomorrow on how I do.

I doubled my fitness minutes to 200 / week and my calories burned to 2000 / week.

I know I will be off the month of June is this will be doable. I felt I had to push myself this month.
