Reached my goal for June by losing 4.2 pounds This month I would like to lose at least 3 pounds.

Start Weight 137.6
2% = 2.75
Ending weight = 138 Up .4

Rant emoticon I been up as high as 138.8 and as low as 135.4 this month. The only word for it is a seesaw. I am in that old pattern of "If you always do the same thing, you will always get the same thing. I need to try something different.

I will try and catch up. Starting weight 148.8. I rounded off the 2% to 3 pounds. By the end of June, I will weigh 145.8 or less.

Rant emoticon I dropped one whole pound over night. I was hoping that would happen yesterday so that I would end the month of May down more than just the tiny bit it showed. Oh, well, I'm down this morning so that's all that counts.

Join the 2% challenge by posting your Starting Weight and 2% of that figure.

Here is an example: If you now weigh 200 pounds and lose 2% of that this month, you will have lost 4 pounds by the end of the month. That may seem small but those 2% losses add up!

Example
Starting weight - 200 lbs
2% - 4 lbs
