This is the last day of April and time to check in on how you did this month. I have to admit that I did not make my 2%. I found this month flying by. At any rate, here are my figures.
Start weight - 138.8
Ending weight - 137.4
Loss = 1.4 lb
I have been as high as 139 and as low as 137. I just have to pick myself up, dust myself off and try again in May. Look for the May 2013 2% Challenge and join me. I won't give up.
