I cannot tell a lie. I gained this month. I'm trying not to be too hard on myself because I am really in maintenance, but still. Creeping up is a bad sign so I need to take the month of April and get back on track.

I gain 1.4 lbs from 135.6 to 137. emoticon

Join the 2% challenge by posting your Starting Weight and 2% of that figure.

Here is an example: If you now weigh 200 pounds and lose 2% of that this month, you will have lost 4 pounds by the end of the month. That may seem small but those 2% losses add up!

Example
Starting weight - 200 lbs
2% - 4 lbs
