In truth, I was hoping to lose more, but I did have a week where I ate a lot of unplanned snacks. Not the healthy kind, either!

Well I didn't make my 2%, but did lose. Will be glad when things at home are to soo stressful. This month I have been struggling to eat better, exercising and for some reason I'm not drinking as much water as a usually do.
Looking forward to a better February!

Well I didn't make my 2%. I gained. I will just say that all the dental and periodontal issues didn't help. But the truth was that I just haven't been sticking to a better diet.
Start Weight - 132 2% = 2.64 Today's weight - 132.8 Gain of .8 pounds!

I hope everyone is doing better than I am. I have had periodontal laser surgery and so am eating liquids and soft, mushy foods. Those items tend to be higher calorie (mashed potatoes, etc.). But I'm hoping that I can see the scale go down toward the end of the month.

Join the 2% challenge by posting your Starting Weight and 2% of that figure.
Here is an example: If you now weigh 200 pounds and lose 2% of that this month, you will have lost 4 pounds by the end of the month. That may seem small but those 2% losses add up!
Example Starting weight - 200 lbs 2% - 4 lbs
