I hate to admit it but I got off track for about 10 days and gained a few pounds back so weigh in today I was at 133, which is only down 0.5lbs this month. So frustrating that it only takes a few days to undo weeks of hard work! Oh well, back at it for June I suppose!
Despite a 3 day break from diet & exercise I got back on track on Monday and weighed in at 131.5lbs this morning. That is down 2lbs this month, another 0.5lbs to reach my 2% goal. Keep up the good work everyone!
I will get in on this as well. Today I weighed in at 133.5lbs (which was my goal to hit for April's 2%, although the scale showed 134.5 yesterday). SW 133.5lbs 2%= 2.67lbs GW=131lbs I will put my goal at 2.5lbs as my scale only measures in half pounds. Also I have not been below my current weight during any attempts to lose in the last 10 years so I will be so happy if I lose anything!
