ok by posting this I have a bingo!!! 50 pushups - boot camp, and p90x core , post to the weight is over board 5xs, update your measurement - 1inch around my hips and a half around my legs, drink 10 cups of water- always some more, run for 10 min without stopping- a first for me in awhille. I think I have one working on diagonal but loved coloring them in as I did them. Whats a new fruit or vegetable? I may have to stop and walk around the veggie area. ok whos next!
just wondering if there is one square that you just can not do? I can not get 8 hours of sleep. I know I should but if I want to exercise I have to get up at 4:15am and the earliest I can go to bed is 9:30pm but its usually 10pm. So I usually average 6,even on the weekends when I let myself sleep in till 5a or 6am. I have quite a few squares marked off and partial others, What a good idea though! This has challenged me. I even did pillates for the first time to mark that square off and made myself run 10 min without stopping! Hope everyone else is doing good! Any bingos yet?
