Need a challenge? Try BINGO! I'll be posting a BINGO Card that can be printed. You have two weeks to get a BINGO, or if you want a bigger challenge you can go for a blackout! BINGO cards will change every two weeks, so there will always be new challenges to face! The BINGO card will be released the day before the challenge starts.

Examples of challenges: 100 pushups, track your food daily, take a fitness class, eat a new fruit/vegetable, etc.

Let me know if you're interested here and we'll get a list of participants started!
