i knooooow it's all muscle because i am running 3-6 miles 4 days a week and looking great, but it still stinks seeing the scale go UP. blah. i'll have to start measuring inches again. worth it though to see progress :-)

This is a good month to lose!! I've started making myself look forward to warm weather already by signing up for races!!! As much as i've always loved running, i've never raced, so this will be a totally new experience for me! So, ive signed up for my first 5K in a little less than a month and threw myself into a half marathon at the end of MAY -- I've already started getting my butt into gear with training, so if this month isn't a great month for losing weight, i dont know what is
Ok yall, let's get it. I havent been working out as much as i should. And i go see my nutritionist every friday. He told me i am not losing the weight as he expected me too, you know I'm at one pound a week. So my goal this month is to try and dance/treadmill my way to my goal. With that being said, I"M READY TO DO THIS...
