For those of you that have not played before I am going to go into as much detail as possible, and still make it simple. If you have any questions, just ask.
YAHTZEE is a dice game and you need 5 dice to play. You get three rolls and hold the dice that you want to keep.
For example: Roll 1- 2 4 3 2 4 You decide to keep the 2's and 4's so... Roll 2- you roll the die that was a 3 and get a 6 You decide to roll again (you don't have to if you are happy with your roll) Roll 3- Roll the 6 and end up with a 4
Now for the toughest part...deciding where to put the roll on your YAHTZEE card.
MAKE A YAHTZEE CARD~
-You will need a place for each of the numbers on the die (1-6) -3 of a kind -4 of a kind -Full House -Sm. Straight -Lg. Straight -Chance -YAHTZEE
EXPLANATION AND SCORING~
The first 6 spaces of your card (1-6) are used for the number that they represent, and are scored by adding all of the dice that are the number. EX. if you end with three 6's a 2 and a 1 you could add your 6's together for 18 points on the 6's section.
3 of a Kind- Add ALL of the dice together for a total score. 3 die must be the same number. EX. three 5's a 1 and a 4 is a total of 20 Points.
4 of a Kind- Same as 3 of a Kind only 4 dice must be the same :)
Full House- Two numbers the same and Three numbers the same. Worth 25 points. EX. Two 4's and Three 1's
Small Straight- A run of 4 numbers. Worth 30 points. EX. 2,3,4,5
Big Straight- A run of 5 numbers. Worth 40 points. EX. 1,2,3,4,5
Chance- This is where you put those rolls that wont fit anywhere else. For points, just add the die. EX. 3,4,1,1,5 total of 14 points
YAHTZEE- All 5 die with the same number. Worth 50 Points! EX. 1,1,1,1,1

NOW TO THE EXERCISES... You can do any of these at your own pace or modify anything that is not possible for you to do, but keep in mind that you must challenge yourself to reach your goal!
With the (1-6) section do your points as minutes of exercise. For example: if you roll three 1's you'd have to do 3 minutes worth of planks.
2's- Running/Jogging/Walking in Place
3's- Step ups/stairs
4's- Dance to your favorite song
5's- Exercise Video
6's- Brisk Walk
For the rest of the exercises do reps for the amount of points you receive.
3 of a Kind- Wall squats or Push-up's
4 of a Kind- Crunches or reverse crunches
Full House- Bicep Curls or sumo squats--25 of either
Sm. Straight- Reverse lunges or hip flexors (30)
Lg. Straight- Bridges or jumping jacks (40)
Chance- YOU CHOOSE! Pick something that you feel that you need to work on.
YAHTZEE- The first one to get a Yahtzee get's to tell the rest of us what we have to do! It's a race- GO!!!
If by chance you have to put a zero on anything, say you never get a Big Straight, then you have to do DOUBLE THE EXERSICE! So that is 80 bridges or jumping jacks.
*****Since we will need more than 10 days to play the entire card I'm going to extend the challenge the extra few days. Making this a 13 day challenge.
